In light of the increased measures in place around the world to stop the spread of this disease we have updated our approach to safeguarding our people and their families, whilst continuing to deliver our obligations as a company that provides products and services critical to operations of our costumers and partners.
For the foreseeable future, employees have been advised only to travel internationally if their trip is critical and possible due to Air-travel restrictiions; to work from home if their job allows; and to increase their use of virtual meetings.
We recognise that we must continue delivering for our customers and help them maintain high requirements around the world, especially in these troubling times. This means some teams will continue to work on site to support critical customer programmes. In those cases, our approach is being managed on a case by case basis through our recognised business continuity procedure, where we are working through the potential impact – with a focus on critical facilities, support infrastructure, supply chain, and our people – and putting in place associated mitigation and contingency plans where appropriate.
As we work through these challenges and uncertainties, we continue to support our employees by providing them with access to relevant information and timely advice.
